How do I create an account?

1. Navigate to the login page.
2. Fill in your account information.
3. Scroll down and select "Edit Address". This will be your shipping address.


How do I purchase my textbooks?

1. Navigate to the booklist page.
2. Enter your student ID and get your booklist. If you do not know your ID or would like to find textbooks by course visit the textbooks FAQs page.
3. Under "Choose Books" select the books you would like to purchase.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select "Add To Cart".


How do I purchase clothing or giftware?

1. Navigate to the top menu bar and select a category.
2. Once you click on a product there will be a drop down of available sizes/options. When you select this you will be informed if this option is available.
3. Select "Add to Cart".


How do I checkout?

1. Checkout after adding an item or by selecting "View Cart" in the top right corner.
2. Select "Apply Shipping Method".
3. By default your payment method is set to Credit Card.
4. Add gift card if available.
5. Add Special Offer Code if available.
6. Add order notes and/or your FiveStars phone number.
7. Review your order and select "Place Order".
8. You will then be directed to our secure payment page.


What happens after I place my order?

• An email will be sent to you with your receipt. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email stating your order has been mailed out or is ready for pickup.


What happens if I need to return an item?

• Review our current return policy.


I would like to pay by debit card or cash?

• Our physical location is closed as of April 20, 2020. You will be able to pick-up online orders and pay for orders (debit and credit only) at our new curbside pick-up location: Towers patio entrance (between Building 5 and 6). View instructions for curbside pick-up here.
