Textbooks (new, used, and coursepacks) accepted for return or exchange when:

• Books purchased new are in new condition* (including shrink wrap) with no writing or marks
• Books purchased used are in re-saleable condition*
• Original sales receipt present
• All included material and passcodes present and unopened
• Prior to the posted, term-specific date:

WINTER 2012 – Friday, January 20, 2012

SPRING 2012 – Wednesday, May 16, 2012

Textbooks are final sale after dates posted per term.

Art Supplies are accepted for return or exchange when:

• In new condition* with sealed packaging intact
• Within 14 days of purchase with original sales receipt

General Merchandise (supplies, clothing, and giftware) accepted for return or exchange when:

• In new, re-saleable condition*
• Within 14 days of purchase with original sales receipt

All computer hardware, software, course codes, e-books, magazines, tickets, special orders, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

All refunds are issued against the tender type used for purchase; original credit card and debit cards used for purchase must be presented for refund.
